2015 is the year for the inaugural Rallings Feast.
In a night of celebration and gratitude, we at Rallings Labels are excited to be presenting this, the inaugural Rallings Feast – a dinner party designed around the freshest and best of our business.
Showcasing premium products from our food and beverage producing clientele, each course will feature key ingredients from select complementary markets, prepared and plated by Steve Herold, Head Chef Mahlzeit Catering.
This is our way of simply saying “thanks”.
Chosen clients will be asked to donate key produce that will feature in the dinner and in return, will be issued with a Golden Sticker that guarantees entry to this exclusive event. We will gather at Wandering Cooks, a venue that has quickly become the hub of the Brisbane food community, bringing artisan good producers, chefs, buyers, suppliers, educators and the food-loving public together.
Professional food writer and presenter Shirley Harring from Edible Press will be on hand conducting a series of interviews and casual conversations. The information will culminate in a series of articles and feature stories that will appear on social media, and local press. In addition, we’ll be filming on the night, and a short video will be available.
The event promises to be a night filled with celebration, friendship and fun and we anticipate it shows how proud we are to work with the best in the business.
